Abstract:
The sleep management system according to an embodiment of the present disclosure comprises a first determining unit capable of determining a user's awakening timing, and an awakening unit capable of communicating the awakening timing to the user on the basis of the result of the determining by the first determining unit. A second determining unit is capable of determining the awakening timing on the basis of a second indicator when the determination of the awakening timing on the basis of a first indicator is hindered in the sleep management system.
