Abstract:
A sleep quality monitoring method and system, a computer device and a storage medium. The method comprises: receiving a first monitoring instruction sent by a monitoring apparatus (104), and entering a first mode according to the first monitoring instruction (step 202); under the first mode, collecting a first sleep parameter of a monitored object (step 204); under the first mode, sending a first synchronization instruction to a sleep assistance apparatus (106), and receiving a second sleep parameter of the monitored object returned by the sleep assistance apparatus (106) according to the first synchronization instruction (step 206); acquiring a pre-set sleep analysis model, and inputting the first sleep parameter and the second sleep parameter into the sleep analysis model to obtain sleep data of the monitored object (step 208); and sending the sleep data to the monitoring apparatus (104), and the monitoring apparatus (104) analyzing the sleep data to obtain data corresponding to sleep quality of the monitored object through the analysis (step 210). The present method can improve the accuracy of sleep quality monitoring.
