Abstract:
A sleep stage monitoring method, comprising the following steps: acquiring a motion amplitude change rate of a user via a radar sensor in real-time or at a timed interval (S10); and determining a sleep stage of the user on the basis of the motion amplitude change rate (S20). Also disclosed are an air conditioner and a computer-readable storage medium. With the sleep stage which the user is in being determined via the radar sensor (1003), provided are the advantages of not affecting the user sleeping, not affecting user privacy, and high precision.
