Abstract:
Provided are a method (S100), a software, a system and a recording medium for generating a sleeping respiratory tract adjustment distance. The method (S100) comprises the steps of reading a first medical image (S10); establishing a first respiratory model (S20); performing a first breath simulation (S30); reading a second medical image (S40); establishing a second respiratory model (S20); performing a second breath simulation (S30); and calculating an adjustment distance (S70). By means of the method, the patient's respiratory tomographic images are read in two times, and a generating distance of the sleeping respiratory adjustment distance can be provided based on the established models and the results of the breath simulation, and used as a basis to adjust the sleep breathing brace or as a reference for physicians to performing a lower jaw corrective surgery.
