Abstract:

A sleeping state improving system and a sleeping state improving method capable of improving the sleeping state of a user even when the user is out. A sleeping state improving system (1) improves the sleeping state of a user (P), and includes a storage member (70) and a control device (30) having a specifying unit (31) and a control unit (32). The storage member (70) can be carried by the user (P). The specifying unit (31) specifies the personal attribute information of the user (P) on the basis of personal information. This personal information is stored in the storage member (70). The control unit (32) controls the environment of the user (P) at the sleeping time on the basis of the personal attribute information.
