A sleeve of a folding umbrella is provided, which includes a sleeve cover (1), a sleeve tube (2), and a sealing member (3) placed between the sleeve cover (1) and the sleeve tube (2), wherein the sleeve tube (2) can be used as an umbrella handle (42); a buckle structure which can be fastened mutually is arranged on the sleeve cover (1) and the sleeve tube (2); the sleeve cover (1) is hung and fixed on a side of the sleeve tube (2) by a hook structure arranged on the sleeve cover (1) and the sleeve tube (2); a bottom part of the sleeve tube (2) is sealed, which can be directly fixedly connected with the folding umbrella at a tail end of an umbrella rod in the manufacturing process of the umbrella, or the sleeve tube (2) can be mounted on the umbrella handle (42) of the conventional folding umbrella by an adjusting fixing structure. The hook structure arranged on the sleeve cover (1) and the sleeve tube (2) can be arranged as that a boss(13) is arranged on a step surface (15) of the sleeve cover flange, a barb member(14) is arranged on the outer side wall of the sleeve cover (1) opposite the boss(13), and a transverse flange on the outer side wall of a sleeve tube flange (21) is provided with a fastening surface (24) matched with the barb member (14) of the sleeve cover (1). A hanging hole (26) is arranged on the outer side wall of the sleeve tube flange (21) for hanging a hand line or a shoulder strap.
