Abstract:
The present invention relates to a slidable hinge assembly and a slide-type personal digital assistant, capable of being manufactured through simplified manufacturing and assembling processes. The slidable hinge assembly includes a first slidable hinge unit coupled to a main body, a second slidable hinge unit coupled to a slidable unit, and mounted to be slidable relative to the first slidable hinge unit, a first connector fixed at the first slidable hinge unit, a second connector fixed at the second slidable hinge unit, and a flexible connecting member interposed between the first slidable hinge unit and the second slidable hinge unit, and which has one end thereof connected to the first connector and the other end thereof connected to the second connector.
