Abstract:
A slide block-type cross-section full-support core rod structure having ratchet check rotation diameter change, said structure comprising a core rod movable joint (4) and a straight handle (1), the core rod movable joint and the straight handle being connected by a quick release universal joint (3), a rotary shaft of the core rod movable joint being sequentially provided with a connection rod mounting disc (12), a ratchet (14), a reverse ratchet (15), a bearing (7) and a limiting clamp ring (6), a bearing outer ring being provided with a pawl mounting frame (8), the connection rod mounting disc and the pawl mounting frame being respectively hinged to long and short connection rods (11, 9), the long and short connection rods being hinged to outer ring slide block components (10). A connection rod mechanism is driven to move by means of relative rotation of the pawl mounting frame and the rotary shaft, the slide block components are pushed to move so as to change the diameter, and the diameter is restricted by means of a ratchet apparatus to become smaller during use. The slide block components are Z-shaped structures consisting of two-layer curved blocks, one layer being provided with slide block positioning pins (22), one layer being provided with slide block positioning pin slide grooves (21). The core rod diameter is adjustable, in order to satisfy processing requirements of circular cross-section tubes having different sizes. The adjustment process is simple and rapid, production costs are saved, and efficiency is increased.
