Abstract:
The invention relates to a slide configuration (10) moving in a rail profile mounted on the cabinet (20) for folding open the cabinet covers (21), wherein it comprises an adjustment part (15) for adjusting the position of the cabinet covers (21) down and up on the vertical axis, and an adjustment snail (17) for adjusting the slide configuration (10) down and up on the vertical axis without removing the cabinet (20) and the cabinet covers (21).

Claims:
CLAIMS A slide configuration (10) moving in the rail profile mounted on a cabinet (20) for folding open the cabinet covers (21 ), characterized by comprising;

- an adjustment part (15) for adjusting the position of the covers (21 ) down and up on the vertical axis;

- an adjustment snail (17) for adjusting the slide configuration (10) down and up in the vertical axis without removing it from the cabinet (20) and the cover (21 ). A slide configuration (10) according to claim 1 , characterized by comprising; a lower L-sheet (12) to which the guide wheels (14) are connected for supporting the movement function. A slide configuration (10) according to claim 1 , characterized by comprising; an upper L-sheet (11 ) to which the carrier wheels (13) are coupled for supporting the travelling function. A slide configuration (10) according to claim 1 , characterized by comprising; carrier wheels (13) connected to the upper L-sheet (11 ), which move within the rail mechanism to carry the covers (21 ) along the predetermined route and to perform the opening and closing movement by sliding. A slide configuration (10) according to claim 1 , characterized by comprising; carrier wheels (13) connected to the upper L-sheet (11 ), which move within the rail mechanism to carry the covers (21 ) mounted on hinges (16) on a predetermined route in a parallel position on the vertical axis and to perform the opening and closing movement by sliding. A slide configuration (10) according to claim 1 , characterized by comprising; the hinge (16) for folding the cover (21 ) to which the slide configuration (10) is connected. A slide configuration (10) according to claim 1 , characterized by comprising; a hiding cover (18) mounted on hinges (16) so that the slide configuration (10) is not visible from the outside.

SLIDE CONFIGURATION THAT CAN BE ADJUSTED IN VERTICAL DIRECTION AND CAN MOVE BY FOLDING

Technical Field

The invention relates to a slide configuration which moves on rail mechanisms configured in furniture for folding open the covers.

The invention particularly relates to a folding slide configuration for folding open the wardrobe covers in the horizontal plane and so that can move by sliding in the rail profile.

State of the Art

Todays, with the increase in population, especially in big cities, the existing zoning areas have started to be evaluated in a way to meet the needs of more people in order to meet the need for shelter. As a result of this, vertical settlement is gradually increasing. It is aimed to meet the housing needs of more people in the minimum area by reducing the square meters of the houses in the buildings with increased number of floors.

With the decrease in the usable square meters of the houses, both functional and space-saving furnitures has started to be designed. New door systems have been developed especially for furniture such as cabinets and drawers that need extra free space to open. Although the sliding doors that open by overlapping each other have attracted great interest by the user and offer a functional solution for narrow spaces, the unused one of the pair of doors remains continuously closed makes it difficult to access the inside of the cabinet. In order to overcome this problem, cabinet covers are nowadays foldable on the same axis and movable on double axis. One of the most important disadvantages of existing sliding systems is that there is no option for adjusting the covers down and up or the mechanism has to be removed when adjustment is desired.

One of the studies on the improvement of sliding-folding cabinet doors moving on double axis is the invention subject to patent application numbered TR2016/12961 and titled "Double Roller Folding Door Mechanism with Bearing". The invention relates to a double roller folding cover mechanism with bearings, which is used in sliding-folding type cabinet covers or decorative partition doors in areas such as offices, houses, etc. In the invention, the mechanism has a double roller bearing and the carrying capacity is increased and silent operation is ensured.

As a result, the existence of the need for a sliding structure that can be adjusted in the vertical direction and moves by folding, which eliminates the disadvantages existing in the existing technique, and the inadequacy of the existing solutions made it necessary to make a development in the relevant technical field.

Brief Description of the Invention

The present invention relates to the construction of slide which move in rail mechanisms configured in furnitures for the folding opening of covers, fulfilling the above-mentioned requirements, eliminating all disadvantages and bringing some additional advantages.

Based on the known state of the art, the aim of the invention is to enable adjustment of both the mechanism and the cabinet covers without dismantling the mechanism by means of the developed slide configuration.

The aim of the invention is to enable the adjustment of the configuration down and up by means of the snail in the bolt configuration without disassembling the movement mechanism.

Another aim of the invention is to enable the position adjustment of the cabinet doors down and up by means of the adjustment part.

The structural and characteristic features and all advantages of the invention will be more clearly understood by means of the figures given below and the detailed description written by making references to these figures, therefore, the evaluation should be also made by considering these figures and detailed descriptions.

Detailed Description of the Invention

In this detailed description, a slide configuration (10) moving in the rail mechanisms configured in the furnitures for folding open the cabinet covers (21 ) of the invention is described only as an example for a better understanding of the subject matter and without any limiting effect.

The slide configuration (10) shown in Figure-1 moves within the rail profile mounted on the cabinet (20) for folding open the covers (21 ). In order to support the movement function of the slide configuration (10) shown in Figure-2, there are lower L-sheet (12) to which the guide wheels (14) are connected and upper L-sheet (11 ) to which the carrier wheels (13) are connected. The carrier wheels (13) connected to the aforementioned upper L-sheet (11 ) for stationary movement within the rail profile provide to transport of the covers (21 ) on the predetermined route by moving within the rail mechanism and to perform the opening and closing movement by sliding. The guide wheels (14), which are connected to the lower L-sheet (12) mentioned for stable movement within the rail profile, provide that the covers (21 ) mounted on the hinges (16) by moving within the rail mechanism are transported on a predetermined route in a position parallel to the vertical axis and enables to make the opening and closing movement by driving. Hinge (16) is used for folding the cover (21 ) to which the slide configuration (10) is connected. In order to provide an aesthetic appearance by preventing the slide configuration (10) from being seen from the outside, a hiding cover (18) mounted on the hinges (16) is used. The adjustment part (15) positioned on the lower L-sheet (12) between the hinges (16) connected to the cover (21 ) enables the position of the covers (21 ) to be adjusted down and up on the vertical axis. In order to adjust the said slide configuration (10) down and up in the vertical axis, the adjustment snail (17) shown in figure-3 is positioned between the lower L-sheet (12) and the adjustment part (15). The main function of the adjustment snail (17) in the slide configuration (10) of the invention is to easily rotate the slide configuration (10) without removing it from the cabinet (20) and the cover (21 ), and to perform the down and up adjustment function of the covers (21 ).
