Provided is a technique pertaining to a slide connection device that has excellent strength and that can be easily handled. A slide connection device capable of sliding in the groove of a grooved member, the slide connection device being provided with: a base member having a connecting part capable of moving, in a groove which, in cross-section, is surrounded by inner walls and has an opening at one portion, to an arbitrary position along the groove and capable of being fixed at said position, the connecting part connecting to an external member; and an auxiliary member made from a flexible member formed so as to be capable of separating from the base member. The auxiliary member includes: a main body part on which the base member is placed within the groove; and an arm part extending from the end section of the main body part, the arm part being housed in the groove whereby the arm part urges the main body part on which the base member is placed toward the inner wall on the far side of the groove, and the distal section of the arm part being exposed through the opening, whereby the arm part aids removal, from the groove, of the auxiliary member having the main body part on which the base member is placed.
