Abstract:
Disclosed is a slide fastener (10) wherein a top stopper (11) is attached to a right or left fastener stringer (1), the top stopper (11) comprises a first top stopper (12, 12') that is in contact with the shoulder-side end of a slider (20), and a second top stopper (13, 13') that is disposed between the first top stopper (12, 12') and an element row (3) and holds the stopped state of the slider (20). The maximum size in the tape width direction from the slide contact edge (13c) to the opposite-side edge of the second top stopper (13, 13') is set larger than the insertion width between the guide pole (25) and the flange (26) of the slider (20), and at least part of the second top stopper (13, 13') is configured to be elastically transformable so as to be contracted in the tape width direction. Consequently, the slider (20) can be stopped by the first top stopper (12, 12'), and the stopped state of the slider (20) can be stably held by the second top stopper (13, 13').
