Abstract:
Disclosed is a slide fastener with a separable bottom end stop comprising a box (40B) having a box insert portion (40Z) into which a butterfly pin (30) is inserted. The four sides of the box insert portion (40Z) are configured from a front wall (40C), a rear stopper protrusion (40E), a box pin-side wall (40H) and a separable-side stopper protrusion (40D) and, accordingly, a wide opening is able to be formed in the sides thereof where the rear stopper protrusion (40E) and the separable-side stopper protrusion (40D) are provided. The formation of the wide opening (40J) in part of the four sides of the box insert portion (40Z) allows the butterfly pin (30) to be tilted and removed through the opening (40J). Accordingly, when an operation for opening the left and right fastener stringers in the lateral direction is performed by a user, the butterfly pin (30) can be readily removed from the box (40B) with little force.
