Abstract:
The present invention discloses a slide hinge. The slide hinge of the present invention is furnished between the front part and the body part of a portable device that opens and closes in a slide mode to provide a driving force during open and close operations by sliding, and comprises a drive part wire rod that provides an elastic force; a front part holder that is furnished at one end of said drive part wire rod and joins with the front part; and a body part holder that is furnished at another end of said drive part wire rod and joins with the body part. This front part holder and body part holder may be furnished by an insert injection process wherein injection is carried out to surround the holder mounting part of said drive part wire rod that has been inserted into the insert with a synthetic resin. In addition, the front holder and the holder mounting part that is inserted into the body part holder may be processed at reduced thickness by being pressed and flattened by a forging process and may prevent the holder mounting part from escaping.
