Abstract:
A slide rail device for a vehicle, configured in such a manner that, even though locking sections which are members for restricting the sliding of an upper rail relative to a lower rail and which move in association with the rotational motion of an unlocking lever are adapted to be movable in the front-rear direction relative to the upper rail, the locking sections can be reliably returned into forward-rearward movement restricting grooves, which are formed in the upper rail, when the unlocking lever is returned to a lock position.
A slide rail device for a vehicle is provided with: forward-rearward movement restricting grooves (40) formed in an upper rail (35); locking sections (64) capable of moving in at least one of front and rear directions relative to the upper rail, the locking sections (64) being configured in such a manner that the locking sections (64) engage with locking grooves and with the forward-rearward movement restricting grooves (40) when an unlocking lever is located at a lock position, and also in such a manner that the locking sections (64) come out of the locking groove when the unlocking lever is located at an unlock position; and restricting sections (41) which are formed at the lower rail and which, when the unlocking lever moves to the unlock position, make contact with the locking sections to restrict the forward or rearward movement of the locking sections from corresponding forward-rear movement restricting grooves.
