Abstract:
This slide sensor includes: a first insulating layer one side of which serves as an input side of force and on another side of which are provided a plurality of first resistance parts that are lined up with the longitudinal direction thereof facing a first direction; a second insulating layer on one side of which are provided a plurality of second resistance parts that are lined up with the longitudinal direction thereof facing the first direction; and a member that is arranged between the other side of the first insulating layer and the one side of the second insulating layer and that undergoes elastic deformation in response to the force. Each of the first resistance parts and each of the second resistance parts are arranged facing each other across the member. There are a pair of electrodes provided respectively to both ends of each of the first resistance parts and of each of the second resistance parts. The difference between the resistance value between the pair of electrodes of aforementioned first resistance parts and the resistance value between the pair of electrodes of aforementioned second resistance parts facing the first resistance parts changes continuously in accordance with the elastic deformation of the member due to shear force.
