Title:
SLIDER PULL FOR SLIDE FASTENER
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2010/095246
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a slider pull for a slide fastener wherein operation is facilitated by forming a bendable string body of synthetic resin having an appropriate cross-section at a pull fixing portion which is provided directly or indirectly on the upper surface of the body of a slider, and fixing the string body in the shape of a ring to the pull fixing portion. Flat portions (20, 21) are provided at the opposite ends of the string body (19), an engaged portion (22) formed of a tubular portion (24) is allowed to project from one flat portion (20), and an engaging portion (23) which can be inserted into the tubular portion (24) and latched in place is allowed to project from the other flat portion (21). The slider pull is used such that the tubular portion (24) of the string body (19) is fitted in a fitting hole (10) of the pull fixing portion (8), the engaging portion (23) is inserted into the tubular portion (24) from the other side and the string body (19) is latched in the shape of a ring. Since a finger can be inserted at the time of a pull operation, the slide operation of the slider can be facilitated. Therefore the slider pull is employed suitably for connecting thick seats for a car or the like.
