Abstract:
A slider (400) for a slide fastener is provided with a slider body (100) and a closure member (200). The closure member (200) includes: a closure section (210) for closing the gap (60) between the free end (54) of the pull tab mounting column (50) of the slider body (100) and the upper wing plate (10) of the slider body (100); an upper engagement section (215) provided at the upper part of the closure section (210) and engaging with the free end (54) of the pull tab mounting column (50); and a leg (220) provided at the lower part of the closure section (210). The leg (220) includes: a bar (224) extending along a connection column (30) from the closure section (210); and a lower engagement section (225) connecting to the bar (224) and engaging with a lower wing plate (20).
