Abstract:
Provided is a sliding contact exhibiting excellent spring characteristics and corrosion resistance, and stable electric characteristics.
Specifically provided is a sliding contact (1) which extends so as to be elastically deformable from a supported end (2) on the side supported by a supporting substrate so as to be electrically connectable to the outside, wherein the front end thereof is three-dimensionally molded as a sliding end (3), and the whole thereof from the supported end (2) to the sliding end (3) comprises a carbon fiber bundle (10) extending from the supported end (2) to the sliding end (3) and a resin layer (11) with which the carbon fiber bundle (10) is impregnated ,the whole thereof being molded to have an approximately constant thickness.
