Abstract:
The invention relates to a sliding-door assembly, comprising a stationary frame, a horizontally movable door leaf, and a drive device for moving the door leaf, which drive device comprises a drive motor, which is arranged on the leaf and has a toothed wheel (66), which interacts with a toothed belt (68) arranged on the frame, wherein the toothed belt (68) is wrapped around the toothed wheel (66) over a partial periphery of the toothed wheel (66) and wherein at least two teeth of the toothed wheel (66) are simultaneously fully engaged with at least two teeth of the toothed belt (68).
