Abstract:
Disclosed is a sliding fastener that can have improved visual characteristics as a sliding fastener, and that can be easily closed to completion. The sliding fastener is provided with arresters (50, 60) that stop the sliding of a slider (40) and that are provided to a pair of fastener element rows (30). The arresters (50, 60) comprise an ultraviolet-ray-cured resin that fills the space between at least two fastener elements (31); the inflected sections (35, 36) of the fastener elements (31) at the portion to which the arresters (50, 60) are provided protrude outwards from the arresters (50, 60); and the upper surfaces of the intermeshing head sections (32) of the fastener elements (31) at the portion to which the arresters (50, 60) are provided are covered by the arresters (50, 60).
