Abstract:
An apparatus (10) comprising a sliding lock assembly (200) for use in protecting a fire extinguisher and other objects, a method, and a system. The sliding lock assembly (200) comprises one first sliding rod (70), one second sliding rod (90), two sets of locking systems (30 and 40), two unlocking pieces (120), and two locks (140). The use of the device (10) at least comprises one method, that is, a user uses a key to open the apparatus (10). The use of the apparatus (10) at least comprises one method, that is, the user inputs information into the electric locking system (40), such as a fingerprint or retina image of the user. The electric locking system (40) reads the information inputted by the user and determines whether to compare the information; if the information inputted by the user is recognized, the electric locking system (40) unlocks the apparatus (10).
