Abstract:
A swash plate compressor is provided with semispherical shoes (4) and a circular disk-shaped swash plate (2). A resin coating (12) is applied to the front surface (2A) and back surface (2B)(sliding surfaces) of the swash plate (2) which slide on the shoes (4).
The resin coating (12) is configured in such a manner that an infinite number of hexagonal column-shaped bodies (12B) are erected on the front surface of a base plate (11), and that the end surfaces (12C) of the column-shaped bodies (12B) serve as sliding surfaces which slide on shoes (4). Also, honeycomb-shaped grooves (12A) are formed at positions adjacent to the column-shaped bodies (12B), and the grooves (12A) serve as oil retaining sections for retaining lubricating oil (O) and also serve as receiving sections for receiving foreign matter (15).
As a result of this configuration, the swash plate (2) has excellent wear resistance properties, seizure resistance properties, and lubricating oil-retaining properties.
