Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a sliding nozzle apparatus whereby a maintenance robot can be caused to reliably and accurately recognize the position of the sliding nozzle apparatus. The gist of the present invention resides in: a sliding nozzle apparatus 3 comprising a fixed metal frame 32 and a sliding metal frame 33 that is provided so as to be able to slide in relation to the fixed metal frame 32, wherein a mark block 38a for causing a maintenance robot to recognize a position is provided to at least the fixed metal frame 32; and more specifically in the feature wherein the mark block 38a protrudes toward the sliding metal frame 33 from a side surface or the bottom surface of the fixed metal frame 32, and is provided in a position in which the mark block 38a does not interfere with the sliding metal frame 33 during sliding of the sliding metal frame 33.
