Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to suppress the occurrence of a crack in the direction and form in which the durability of a nozzle plate is lowered. This nozzle plate is in contact with a metal frame surrounding the nozzle plate in a securing region that is part or all of each of inclined continuous surfaces in four places and is pressurized from an integral structure continuous with or coupled to the metal frame, and secured. In the surface on the long side with an inner hole of the nozzle plate as a reference, the securing region is a portion on the inner hole side from a position corresponding to one half of the length of the surface.
