A sliding, pressurising and locking bone screw, comprising a bone screw (1) and a limiting sleeve (2). The front end of the bone screw (1) is provided with thread A, the rear end of thread A being provided with a polished rod, the rear end of the polished rod being provided with a sliding shaft (11), a step A being disposed between the polished rod and the sliding shaft (11), the outer edge of the sliding shaft (11) being smaller than the polished rod, the rear end of the sliding shaft (11) being provided with a screw head (12), a step B being disposed between the screw head (12) and the sliding shaft (11), the outer edge of the screw head (12) being larger than the sliding shaft (11), the screw head (12) being provided with thread B, and the rotation direction of thread B being opposite to thread A. The limiting sleeve (2) is provided with a threaded hole (21), the threaded hole (21) matching thread B, the rear end of the threaded hole (21) being provided with a stepped hole, and the screw head (12) being screwed backwards through the threaded hole (21) and placed in the stepped hole, the sliding shaft (11) being disposed in the threaded hole (21) and having a sliding fit with the threaded hole (21), step A sliding backward until stopped by the limiting sleeve (2), the sliding distance being set to 5-10 mm, and the rear end of the limiting sleeve (2) being provided with a tapering thread matched and screwed into a tapering threaded hole of a bone plate.
