Abstract:
Provided is a slip control device that is of an electric automobile and that can prevent the vehicle from undesirably becoming unable to accelerate as a result of the acceleration of the vehicle by means of gravitational acceleration being determined to be a slip when the vehicle is traveling on an inclined surface. The slip control device (20) is provided with: a threshold calculation means (18), an angular acceleration calculation means (22), an angular acceleration comparison means (26), a slip determination means (23), a torque cancelling means (25), a forward acceleration determination means (24), and a threshold correction means (30). The forward acceleration determination means (24) determines whether or not a forward acceleration is present in the angular acceleration calculated by the angular acceleration calculation means (22) when the torque command value from a motor (3) is caused to be zero by means of the torque cancelling means (25). The threshold correction means (30) sets the threshold determined by adding a stipulated value to the threshold calculated by the threshold calculation means (18) when the forward acceleration determination means (24) has determined that a forward acceleration is present.
