Abstract:
A slip ring assembly of a wind turbine. The slip ring assembly comprises a slip ring (5), wherein an oil storage box (1) is fixedly connected to the top of the slip ring (5); a fixing ring (2) is fixedly connected to an inner wall of the oil storage box (1); an outer bearing (6) is fixedly connected to an inner wall of the fixing ring (2); balls (7) are rotationally connected to an inner wall of the outer bearing (6); an inner bearing (8) is rotationally connected to outer walls of the balls (7); and intelligent lubricating and spraying mechanisms (3) are provided in the fixing ring (2). By providing the intelligent lubricating and spraying mechanisms, the elastic force of elastic strips A (303) pushes magnetic blocks B (302) to slide inside sliding recesses, such that automatic long-term lubrication of the balls (7) is achieved; and as the inner bearing (8) drives the balls (7) to rotate, lubricating oil flowing into the balls (7) is automatically and evenly applied in a rolling manner, such that the balls (7) are automatically and efficiently lubricated, thereby avoiding the problem of power generation efficiency and rotation being affected due to a reduction in a lubricant when an electrical signal is transmitted by means of long-time rotation.
