Abstract:
This slit nozzle for liquid is provided with: a plate-shaped laterally elongated first plate (2) having a predetermined thickness; and a second plate (3) opposed and joined to the inner surface (2a) of the first plate (2). The second plate (3) has formed at the center section thereof a hole-like inlet section (5a) for supplying a liquid agent to the inside. The inner surface (2a) of the first plate (2) has formed therein a recessed storage section (2b) for storing the liquid agent supplied from the inlet section (5a). The storage section (2b) has a substantially dogleg shape disposed laterally in the longitudinal direction of the second plate 2. The storage section (2b) has tapered upper sides (a) tilted from the center section toward ends (c) thereof, and has tapered lower sides (b) located below the upper sides (a) and tilted more gently than the upper sides (a). The ends (c) of the upper sides (a) and ends (c) of the lower sides (b) are joined, the width of the storage section (2b) decreases from the center section towards the ends (c), and the depth of the storage section (2b) is formed to become smaller toward the ends (c). The ends (c) has tapered sections (2d) which extend from the ends (c) toward ends (4a) of orifices (4) formed at front ends located between the first and second plates (2, 3) and which guide the liquid agent so that the liquid agent flows toward the ends (4a).
