Abstract:
A slot die coating apparatus for substrate printing according to one embodiment of the present invention is characterized by comprising: a stage on which a substrate is provided; a vertical gantry provided so as to be movable on the stage in the longitudinal direction of the stage; a horizontal gantry provided so as to be able to rotate above the vertical gantry in a rotational direction across the vertical gantry; a slot die that is provided on the horizontal gantry and discharges printing material to coat a film on the substrate; a first moving member that is provided to connect the slot die to one side of the horizontal gantry and controls the horizontal and vertical movement of the slot die; a light source that is provided on the horizontal gantry and shines ultraviolet (UV) light on the coated film; a second moving member that is provided to connect the light source to the other side of the horizontal gantry and controls the horizontal and vertical movement of the light source; a valve that is provided on the upper portion of the slot die and regulates the pressure inside the slot die; a pump that is connected to the slot die and controls the discharge amount of the printing material that is discharged from the slot die; and a canister which is connected to the pump and into which the printing material is charged, wherein the coating of the film involves specifying a drive shaft related to the movement of the slot die through a model analysis of the substrate, generating a parameter value for the specified drive shaft, and setting a printing path of the coating on the basis of the generated parameter value.
