Abstract:
The present invention relates to a slot die head for high resolution, a method for manufacturing a single plate for the slot die head for high resolution, and a method for coating a slot die using the slot die head for high resolution. The slot die head comprises: a first side body and a second side body having a right-angled trapezoidal cross-section and being arranged opposite to each other to form a head lip at the lower portion thereof; and a dual plate provided with a back plate having a plurality of micro-tips protruding from the lower portion thereof, and with a shim plate which is adjacent to the shim plate and has a plurality of stepped patterns which are formed in the lower portion thereof and correspond to the plurality of micro-tips, the dual plate being inserted between the first side body and the second side body to discharge a coating liquid downward through the plurality of micro-tips and the plurality of stepped patterns. Thus, the slot die head may prevent a crosstalk phenomenon between the micro-tips, and reduce an interval and line width between stripe coating films.
