Abstract:
The present invention enhances a player's sense of anticipation and satisfaction by achieving a varied reel display and a greater breadth of winning patterns. A slot machine 1 includes a memory 20 that stores data and a processor 30 that executes processes. The processor 30 includes: a reel strip (RS) number determination unit 31 that determines, by draw, a natural number in a predetermined range as the number of reel strips; an assigning unit 32 that extracts, out of the stored reel strips, as many reel strips as the determined number of reel strips and assigns the extracted reel strips to each reel window; a hit-miss determination unit 33 that determines, by draw, whether a slot game combination is a hit or a miss using the extracted reel strips; and a display control unit 34 that variably displays the reel strips as called for by the determined number of reel strips, the assignment of the reel strips to each reel window, and the hit-miss status of the slot game combination.
