Abstract:
A slotted port having constant-flow for eliminating the influence of viscosity, comprising a slot (20), a plug body (21), an adjusting wall (23), an adjusting passage (25) and a spring-supporting block (28); the plug body (21) has the slot (20) at the center, and when the pressures at the two sides of the plug body (21) are different, a flow medium flows, under the effect of differential pressure, to the other side through the slot (20); when the flow medium flows through the plug body (21), the sum of the elastic force of an auxiliary spring (24) and the pressure of the adjusting passage (25) is balanced by the pressure generated by the slot (20), such that the adjusting wall (23) is in a stable state; when the temperature decreases, the viscosity increases, and the loss of pressure in the adjusting passage (25) is greater than the loss of pressure in the passage of the slot (20), the auxiliary spring (24) needs to be further compressed such that the adjusting wall (23), when force is applied, reaches a new balance, and therefore the adjusting wall (23) would move in a direction toward the adjusting passage (25), and the slot (20) would be enlarged, the enlarged slot (20) would compensate for the reduction of flow and speed caused by the increased viscosity of the flow medium, attenuating the influence of temperature, and having a better effect for use.
