The present invention relates to the technical field of retracting devices for a tube winding apparatus, particularly to a slow-moving retraction device for an automatic tube winding apparatus. As there are some disadvantages about the retracting device for the tube winding apparatus in the prior art, for example, the flexible tube or cable swings at random and easily hurts the user, and may be damaged during the retraction, the present invention provides a slow-moving retraction device for an automatic tube winding apparatus, which will slow down the retraction speed, so the flexible tube or cable will not swing at random, and the damage of the tube or cable as well as the personal injury due to the retraction with high speed will be prevented. The slow-moving retraction device includes a fixed sleeve, a rotor, a cover plate, a transmission shaft, a spring and a connector, wherein said rotor and the fixed sleeve are inserted and coupled together by means of a circular wall and a circular groove. Some damping fluid with a certain viscosity is sealed in the seal cavity defined by said cover plate and said fixed sleeve. Said spring and a circular pipe of said connector encase said transmission shaft.
