Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device configured such that, while sludge including sewage sludge processed by a terminal sewage treatment plant, for example, is transferred by a conveyor belt, reheater steam in a super-high-temperature, low pressure state is ejected to the sludge, thereby drying the sludge in a low-oxygen state, wherein sludge, which is transferred by a conveyor belt for drying, is repeatedly dispersed, flattened, and perforated, reheater steam in a super-high-temperature, low-pressure, low-oxygen state, which has been generated by a reheater steam generator, is ejected, thereby drying the sludge, and, since the heater steam does not oxidize the sludge, no atmosphere-polluting substance is discharged in the drying process. Furthermore, sludge, which has been discharged from a terminal sewage treatment plant, can be dried/processed with little pollution and can be recycled.
