A sludge pyrolysis desorption apparatus, comprising: a pyrolysis desorption furnace used for sludge pyrolysis desorption and sludge transport, the pyrolysis desorption furnace being an inner and outer chamber nested structure, comprising a spent sludge pyrolysis desorption chamber and a heating chamber enveloping the pyrolysis desorption chamber, a conveyor mechanism being arranged inside the pyrolysis desorption chamber; the pyrolysis desorption furnace is divided into an upper furnace and a lower furnace arranged on top of one another, a hot gas rising channel being arranged between the upper furnace and the lower furnace to connect the heating chambers thereof, and a material dropping channel being arranged between the upper furnace and the lower furnace to connect the pyrolysis desorption chambers thereof; a hot gas generating apparatus; a material inlet, arranged at the end of the upper furnace furthest from the material dropping channel; a material outlet, arranged at the end of the lower furnace furthest from the material dropping channel; a mixed gas channel in communication with the pyrolysis desorption chamber; and a flue gas outlet.
