Abstract:
The present invention relates to a sludge transfer apparatus using a switching valve in which open and close operations are executed simultaneously, which is capable of efficiently transferring sludge through inflow and discharge of sludge by means of a switching valve which can concurrently perform open and close operations. To this end, the sludge transfer apparatus of the present invention, equipped with a sludge inlet pipe, a pumping pipe having a piston ram embedded therein, a pumping cylinder operating the piston ram to do reciprocal work, and an outlet pipe, comprises a valve body which comprises: an inlet formed on the top to be connected to the inlet pipe; an outlet formed at the front end to be connected to the outlet pipe; a suction hole formed at the rear end to be connected to the pumping pipe; a switching valve having a disk for opening and closing the inlet and the outlet simultaneously; a cover forming an outer surface of the inlet, the outlet, the suction hole and the switching valve; and an operating portion formed on the outside of the cover for operating the switching valve.
