Abstract:
A sludge treatment device, comprising a base (1), fixing piers (2) and a recessed platform (3), wherein a driving device (4) is fixedly connected to an upper surface of the base (1); a stirring barrel (5) is arranged on one side of the driving device (4); a feeding frame (6) is arranged on one side of the stirring barrel (5); a screen mesh (7) is arranged in the feeding frame (6); an oscillator (8) is arranged at the bottom of the screen mesh (7); and the oscillator (8) is fixedly connected to an inner wall of the feeding frame (6). In the sludge treatment device, by means of the arrangement of a stirring barrel, a conveying belt and a crushing box, sludge can be rapidly dewatered, dried and crushed, and by means of these steps, the treatment of sludge can be more convenient and rapid, such that sludge can be rapidly treated.
