Abstract:
A sludge treatment device, comprising: a cuboid extrusion box (1), wherein two first openings (101) are formed at the bottom of the extrusion box (1), a block plate (2) is provided at each of the two first openings (101), two sewage outlets (102) are formed in the lower portion of the extrusion box (1), and a sludge inlet is formed in the extrusion box (1); two filter plates (3) which divide the interior of the extrusion box (1) into three accommodating chambers, wherein the two sewage outlets (102) are respectively communicated with the accommodating chambers located on two sides, and the sludge inlet is communicated with the middle accommodating chamber; and a pressing plate (4) arranged between the two filter plates (3) and provided with extrusion columns (401) at the bottoms of two ends arranged at intervals in the length direction of the extrusion box (1), the two extrusion columns (401) being respectively opposite to the two first openings (101). After the sludge is extruded and dehydrated, the sludge can be discharged from the two first openings (101), so that the preliminarily dehydrated sludge is easy to collect.
