Abstract:
A slug extract and an effective component therein, the extract being obtained by performing supercritical CO2 extraction or organic solvent reflux extraction, saponification, extraction with an organic solvent and organic solvent recovery, the effective component being obtained by further performing extraction and separation on the extract. The extract has sedating and sleep-inducing effects, has an inhibiting effect with regard to excitability in mice caused by morphine and amphetamine, and has a drug detoxification treatment effect with regard to withdrawal symptoms in morphine-dependent rats.
