Abstract:
The present invention relates to a slurry transfer device, and a slurry transfer method using same, the slurry transfer device comprising: a tank in which slurry is stored; a pump provided to transfer the slurry in the tank, including a pump chamber through which the slurry passes, an air chamber through which external air is introduced, and a diaphragm arranged to partition the pump chamber and the air chamber and provided to adjust the volume of the pump chamber; a flow rate control unit connected to the pump to adjust the flow rate of air supplied to the air chamber; a filter provided for the slurry discharged from the pump to pass therethrough; a pressure sensor located between the pump and the filter to measure the pressure of the slurry being transferred; and a control unit that controls the flow rate control unit on the basis of a difference between the measured pressure measured by the pressure sensor and the air pressure supplied to the air chamber.
