Abstract:
Provided are a small-angle-closing hinge and a washing machine intelligent silent hinge mechanism thereof, comprising a mounting seat (1) and a hinge shaft (2). The mounting seat (1) comprises a seat body (11) having a cavity (10) and a cover body (12) fastened to a cavity opening of the seat body (11). One end of the hinge shaft (2) is placed in the cavity (10) and is rotatably connected with a bottom wall of the cavity (10), and the other end of the hinge shaft (2) is placed outside the cavity (10) via a through hole of the cover body (23). A torsion spring (3) sleeved on the hinge shaft (2) is also provided in the cavity (10). A connecting sleeve (4) sleeved on the hinge shaft (2) is also provided in the cavity (1). One end of the torsion spring (3) is fixedly engaged with the bottom wall of the cavity (10), and the other end is fixedly connected with the connecting sleeve (4). A fan-shaped limiting slot (40) is arranged on the connecting sleeve (4). The hinge shaft (2) is further fixed with a clamping block (21) which is engaged with the fan-shaped limiting slot (40) of the connecting sleeve (4) when the door is about to be closed, and the size of the clamping block (21) is smaller than the fan-shaped limiting slot (40). After the connecting sleeve (4) is rotated by an appropriate angle, the connecting sleeve (4) is blocked by the relatively stationary clamping block (21), and the torsion spring (3) is compressed by force to prevent the door cover from falling down quickly, and the door cover can be slowly closed with an even speed.
