Abstract:
The present invention relates to a small area phase correction circuit for angular displacement measurement, which can compare digital signals of an input signal and an output signal of an angular displacement measurement device (RVDT) through an XOR phase detector, and gives a time delay as much as a phase difference, so as to correct a phase error. The present invention can reduce a chip area by comparing digital signals of an input signal and an output signal of an angular displacement measurement device (RVDT) through an XOR phase detector and then correcting a phase error through a time delay given as much as a phase difference to the input signal.
