Abstract:
A small electric actuator, comprising a housing (5), a motor (19), a power output device (22), and an over-torque protection device (23). The motor (19) is provided at the left side of the housing (5); the over-torque protection device (23) is provided at the right side of the housing (5); the power output device (22) is provided between the motor (19) and the over-torque protection device (23); an accommodating cavity (34) having a square-shaped cross section is formed on the upper end of the housing (5); a sealing cover (50) is mounted above the accommodating cavity (34); a travel switch (39) and a microswitch (37) are mounted in the accommodating cavity (34); the rotation shaft (38) of the over-torque protection device (23) extends into the accommodating cavity (34) and fits the travel switch (39); the main shaft (4) of the power output device (22) extends into the accommodating cavity (34) and fits the microswitch (37). By means of the reasonable layout of the small electric actuator, the accommodating cavity (34) is changed to be in the shape of a cube, and the opening of the accommodating cavity (34) is square-shaped, so that the accommodating capacity of the accommodating cavity (34) is increased and enough space is provided for configuring the over-torque protection device (23), and thus, the small electric actuator has an over-torque protection function, and the safety is improved.
