The small heat dissipation LED lamp is characterized in that the heat dissipation device (2) is located between the lamp holder (1) and the lampshade (3), the heat dissipation device (2) and the lampshade (3) form a sealing structure, the lower end of the heat dissipation device (2) is connected to a driver (4), the lower end of the driver (4) is connected to a cylindrical lamp panel (5), a plurality of lamp beads (6) is disposed on the surface of the lamp panel (5), a sealing cover (7) is disposed outside the lamp panel (5), the sealing cover (7) and the driver (4) are connected and sealed, the heat dissipation device (2) is cylindrical, and a plurality of heat dissipation bars (21) extend outwards. The LED lamp has a small size and a small weight; the heat dissipation area of the heat dissipation device is increased, the heat dissipation effect of the heat dissipation device is improved, and production cost is lowered; the heat dissipation device is separated from the lamp holder, and the heat dissipation load of the lamp holder is reduced.
