Abstract:
Provided are a small molecular compound having the function of specifically degrading a tau protein and use thereof. The small molecular compound specifically degrading the tau protein has a chemical structure of TBM-L-ULM or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, an enantiomer, a stereoisomer, a solvate, a polymorph or an N-oxide thereof, wherein TBM is a tau protein binding moiety, L is a linker group, ULM is a ubiquitin ligase binding moiety, and the tau protein binding moiety is linked to the ubiquitin ligase binding moiety by means of the linker group. The small molecular compounds pecifically degrading the tau protein can enhance the degradation of the tau protein in cells, thereby reducing the content of the tau protein.
