Abstract:
A type of novel compounds having the symmetric structure of formula I, which can inhibit the congregation and fibrosis of β-amyloid protein, their pharmaceutically accepted salts, and preparation methods thereof. The pharmaceutical compositions containing these compounds or their pharmaceutically accepted salts, and the uses of these compounds or their pharmaceutically accepted salts or their pharmaceutical compositions for the manufacture of a medicament for the prevention or treatment of an Alzheimer's disease. The compounds or their pharmaceutically accepted salts discloses in present invention can inhibit the congregation and fibrosis of β-amyloid protein by combining with Aβ polypeptide. So they can be used to prevent or treat Alzheimer's diseases.
