Title:
SMALL PEPTIDE AND USE THEREOF IN MUCOSAL REPAIR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2024/067535
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided are a small peptide and a use thereof in mucosal repair. The small peptide is selected from a basic small peptide having a sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO. 1 or SEQ ID NO. 2 or a lead small peptide containing the basic small peptide, wherein the lead small peptide can be enzymolyzed under the effect of a digestive enzyme in an animal body to obtain the basic small peptide. The small peptide has a mucosal repair effect, and after being replicated in large quantities by a Fmoc solid-phase synthesis method, the small peptide is verified by means of animal experiments to have properties related to mucosal repair; moreover, toxicology experiments prove that the small peptide has no hepatotoxicity or nephrotoxicity, and has high safety.
