Abstract:
A small-sized high-speed fan, comprising a housing (1), blades (2), a motor (3) and a bearing assembly (4); the motor (3) is fixed to a rear end (5) of the housing (1), the motor (3) is connected to the blades (2) by means of an output shaft (34), the blades (2) are coaxially arranged with the housing (1), and the blades (2) are arranged at a front end (6) of the housing (1), the output shaft (34) of the motor is connected to the housing (1) by means of the bearing assembly (4), and several heat dissipation channels (7) are provided between the bearing assembly (4) and the housing (1), the bearing assembly (4) comprises at least two bearings, adjacent bearings being connected by means of a connection portion. The several heat dissipation channels provided between the bearings and the housing are used for cooling the motor, improving the heat dissipation effect while keeping a small volume; a pretensioning force is applied to the two adjacent bearings by means of the connection portion, thereby improving the uniformity of the pretensioning force of the bearings.
