Abstract:
Disclosed are a small upper opening folding apparatus for a paper bag machine, and a small upper opening folding method therefor. The small upper opening folding apparatus comprises: a first paper transfer roller, a gluing roller, an opening folding device, an opening pressing device and a second paper transfer roller, wherein the first paper transfer roller transfers a paper sheet to a small upper opening folding roller of the opening folding device; the gluing roller is used for gluing the paper sheet; the opening folding device further comprises an opening folding prong, a folding knife means, an upper opening folding clamping plate and an upper opening folding insertion blade, wherein the upper opening folding insertion blade enables an opening folding edge of the paper sheet to be inserted into the upper opening folding clamping plate, the opening folding prong swings together with a cam of the small upper opening folding roller, and the folding knife means and the opening folding prong move in a cooperating manner to perform an opening folding action on the opening folding edge; the opening pressing device presses the opening folding edge of the paper sheet; and the second paper transfer roller is used for transferring the paper sheet with a folded small upper opening to the outside. The present invention can greatly save on paper and glue materials and has a high production rate, and can therefore reduce production costs.
