Abstract:
A smart 3D rapid moulding material plasticising double filament production system (100), used for extrusion moulding plastic particles into dual colour 3D printing filament (60), comprising an extrusion moulding machine (1), a cooling mechanism (2), a discharging traction mechanism (3), a coiling mechanism (7), a cutting mechanism (4), a detection module, a controller (6), and an operation display panel (5), the extrusion moulding machine (1) comprising two material processing mechanisms (200), a horizontal head (16) and a die head (15), each material processing mechanism (200) comprising a base (11), a motor (12), an extruder screw, a hopper (13), a feed drum (14), and heating elements (20), and the cooling mechanism (2) being provided with a plurality of spray heads (41); the discharging traction mechanism (3) is positioned at the tail end of the cooling mechanism (2) to transport filament (60) to the coiling mechanism (7) for storage; the detection module comprises a plurality of temperature sensors (30), and respectively detects the temperature of the feed drum (14), the horizontal head (16), the die head (15), and the filament (60) at the cooling mechanism (2) after cooling; the controller (6), on the basis of the detected temperatures, controls the corresponding operation of the heating elements (20) and the plurality of spray heads (41). The system (100) automatically controls the plastic heating temperature and the amount of cooling water; production efficiency is high and the filament is good quality.
